Mr. Giles..... AT&T request on Fletcher St that the entire area illustrated on page 3 of the attached be retained as a utility
easement for access, repair, or replacement as working facilities already exist in the corridor.
AT&T approves the request to relinquish interest in the city right-of-way areas along Reichardt St and Kimball St as
illustrated on pages 4 & 5.

Mr. Keathley —We spoke on the phone about this a couple days ago. I represent the applicants in this
matter. Attached are three surveys of portions of streets and a small section of an alley to be closed.
As you probably know, the City of Little Rock requires a statement from each of the utilities stating
their consent to the closure, or stating their request for needed easements including dimensions.
Please return ATT's response to me so I can file it in the pending application. Thank you for your
consideration and if you have any questions, please let me know.
Sincerely,
Steve

Subject: RE: [External Email] Petitions for abandonment of public right-of-way
Good afternoon Mr. Giles,
Summit Utilities does not object to the proposed ROW Abandonment at Fletcher St from E 7th to E 8th Streets & the
Kimball St Alley as received on February 24, 2022. Summit Utilities recommends calling Arkansas One Call at 811 or by
visiting arkonecall.com to have all utilities located and marked prior to any excavation activities. If any exposure of
Summit Utilities facilities occurs, please contact Dylan Byrd at (501) 366-2028 immediately.
Summit Utilities does, however, have existing active facilities in the proposed ROW Abandonment at Reichard St from 81h
St to 9th St. In order to approve the said requested abandonment, Summit Utilities would require utility easement to be
retained upon right of way abandonment.
Thank you,
summit

Mr. Giles,
Concerning your request for Right of Way closure, CAW has the following comments:
Riechard St: CAW has a water line in the ROW. This water line will need to stay in service. Field locate the water line and
provide a 15-ft wide easement centered on the water line. If there are facilities that need to be adjusted and/or
relocated, contact Central Arkansas Water. That work would be done at the expense of the developer.
Fletcher St: CAW has a water line in the ROW. This water line will need to stay in service. Field locate the water line and
provide a 15-ft wide easement centered on the water line. If there are facilities that need to be adjusted and/or
relocated, contact Central Arkansas Water. That work would be done at the expense of the developer.
Kemball St Alley: CAW does not have facilities in this location. CAW has no objection to requested ROW closure.
If you have any questions, please let me know.

Entergy has a power line running along the east side of Reichard St. We need to keep a 25' easement along the east side
of this R/W.
We have a power line on the west side of Fletcher St and need to keep a 15' easement inside this R/W.
We have no facilities on Kimball St and approve this closure.
