Applicant Comments for Proposed Development
Applicant Responses are due no later than Wednesday, June 8, 2022. Please submit revised
site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be
submitted to this email address for review.
RE: Z-9536-A Woodlands Valley – Revised PRD
South side of Cooper Orbit Road at Kanis Road
Development Comments:
1. Provide advance grading plan details.
2. Provide “No Access” easement along the fronts of the townhome lots.
3. Will townhomes have rear – loading garages?
4. Will City garbage pick-up be utilized for this development?
5. Provide details for fencing for all lots. If fences are going to be allowed, show typical fence
location and height for a all lot types (interior and corner townhome lots, interior and corner
patio home lots).
6. Provide details on subdivision sign. The ordinance typically allows a maximum sign area of
thirty-two (32) square feet and a maximum height sign height of six (6) feet.
