Development Comments:
Provide advance grading plan details.
Provide “No Access” easement along the fronts of the townhome lots.
Will townhomes have rear – loading garages?
Will City garbage pick-up be utilized for this development?
Provide details for fencing for all lots. If fences are going to be allowed, show typical fence location and height for a all lot types (interior and corner townhome lots, interior
and corner patio home lots).
Provide details on subdivision sign. The ordinance typically allows a maximum sign area of thirty-two (32) square feet and a maximum height sign height of six (6) feet.
