BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
11 ARKANSAS.
12 Section 1. That the zoning classification of the following described property
13 be changed from R-2, Single -Family District, to PD-C, Planned Development — Commercial:
14 Z-9691: DESCRIBED AS THREE (3) ACRES OFF THE NORTH SIDE OF BLOCK
15 15, SACH'S SUBURBAN TRACTS, THE SOUTH BOUNDARY LINE OF WHICH
16 IS PARALLEL TO THE NORTH LINE, BEING A PART OF SECTION 6,
17 TOWNSHIP 1 NORTH, RANGE 13 WEST, IN PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS,
18 LESS & EXCEPT: BEGINNING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF BLOCK
19 15, THENCE SOUTHEAST ON THE NORTHEAST RIGHT-OF-WAY OF 12T"
20 STREET (NOW KANIS ROAD) 115 FEET TO A CHAINLINK FENCE, THENCE
21 NORTHEAST ALONG SAID FENCE LINE 140 FEET TO THE NORTH LINE OF
22 BLOCK 15, THENCE WEST 172.84 FEET TO A POINT OF BEGINNING.
23 Section 2. That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as presented to the Little Rock
24 Planning Commission.
25 Section 3. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for National Properties Holdings,
26 LLC, Self -Storage PD-C, located at 14508 Kanis Road (Z-9691), is conditioned upon obtaining final plan
27 approval within the time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36-454 (e) of the Code of Ordinances.
28 Section 4. That this ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final plan approval.
29 Section 5. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock,
30 Arkansas, and Designated District Map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary
31 to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
32 Section 6. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
33 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
34 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and

effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
2 ordinance.
3 Section 7. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent with
4 the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
