Asbury, Asbury Real Estate Services, agent for the proposed new property owner RE: Notice of requested zoning change for 8500 West Markham Street Thank you for your time to review this memo and the attached rezoning application request for 8500 West Markham Street. 8500 West Markham Street is an existing 3-story office building that is under contract to be sold to Tisdale Properties & Development, LLC. The new owner plans to convert the existing 3-story office building into a 3-story enclosed heated and cooled self -storage facility with an on -site manager. This adaptive reuse requires the present zoning be changed to a Planned Unit Development and an application has been submitted to the City of Little Rock requesting this rezoning. A copy of the Notice of Public Hearing is attached. The adaptive reuse of the existing property will require only internal changes to the existing structure, new signage and new fencing and access controls.
