Applicant Comments for Proposed Development
Applicant Responses are due no later than Monday, May 9, 2022. Please submit revised site
plans/survey, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be
submitted to this email address for review.
RE: Z-7069-C Tisdale Properties Self-Storage – PD-C

Development Staff Comments:
1. Provide a copy of the Bill of Assurance for the property. If one does not exist, provide note to that
effect.
2. Provide days/hours of operation.
3. Will there be any outdoor storage (vehicles, RVs, boats, etc.)? If so, show area on the site plan.
4. Will there be a dumpster on the site? If so, show on the site plan with screening as required by
Section 36-523 of the code.
5. Will there be an on-site live-in manager? If so, provide details.
6. Any sight lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
7. Any signage must comply with Section 36-555 of the code (signs allowed in commercial zones).
8. Parking shown on the site plan will be sufficient to serve proposed use.
