Development Comments:
1. Verify that there will be no physical changes to the property.
2. What will be the maximum number of persons allowed for events?
3. Will food service be provided to short-term rental guests or events?
4. Provide details on shared driveway. Is there a formal shared access easement / agreement? No
parking will be allowed on the ribbon driveway.
