Thanks for the comments. Please find our response, as follows in numerical order:
1. We herewith verify that no physical changes to the property is intended.
2. The maximum number of persons allowed for events is sixty (60).
3. The short-term rental guests (ie., airbnb) will have full access to the existing residential-like kitchen to prepare their meals, as needed. During events,
no preparation of food shall be permitted as it is planned that food / beverages for these events will be from outside catering services.
4. The existing ribbon drive serving 1417 and 1419 So. Park is split between the property lines. It is our intent under this PCD application to enact a formal share access easement
/ agreement with the owner (assumed to be the City of Little Rock) and ourselves. No parking along the ribbon drive shall be permitted
during events or during short-term rental of property.
