Mr. Moore,
I have another question:
The appeal section 6b states: “A copy of the application indicating the planning commission action and properly executed by the staff.”
I have a copy of the application that my agent, Kwendeche gave me that shows that the original application was received in October 2021 and amended on March 31, 2022. Is that the correct
copy to submit with the cover letter? If not, how do I obtain a copy of the application that indicates the decision made by the planning commission?
I overlooked the fact that I needed to include Mayor Scott in the cover letter. Please disregard the previous email. Is the address below addressed properly?
