MINUTE- OF CALL MEETING MELD THURSDAY,
SEPTEMBER 14, 1944,. AT 1;00 O'CLOCK
IN THE COMMISSION OFFICES
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
The meeting was called to order by Chairman J. N. Heiskell,
the following members being present:
J. N. Heiskell
Charles D. Davis
G. DeMatt Henderson
Fred I. Brown
Mr. S. V. Bracy was absent but was represented by Mr. Brown,
and Sidney L. Kahn, secretary, was represented at his request by
the majority.
Edward G. Webster, acting as secretary, was asked to explain
the purpose of the meeting.
Zoning petition of J. hi. bill, owner of property at 117
Booker Street previously approved by the Commission September 11,
1944 on condition that are�u of floor plan of present house shall
not be increased, was re submitted for supplemental report.
n sc_lled dra.vaink; of the property in question F,cis presented
which showed the existing house as well as a rear porch proposed
by the petitioner. The Commission was unanimous in its recommenda-
tion that the back porch be Fipnroved.
It was agreed the.t Mr. Webster should contact both aldermen
of the Fifth 6''ard regarding subsequent action.
There being no further busin ss, the meeting adjourned.
