Land Use Amendment
Mr. Malone,
Please find attached the cover letter, application, filing fee and survey for the above referenced project.
The property contains 1.353 acres located at 7404 Mabelvale Pike.
The developer/owner would like to submit a land use amendment from RL Residential Low Density to
RH Residential High Density. This application accompanies the rezoning submitted on the same
property from R-2 to MF-18.
The land use amendment along with the rezoning request will allow the owner to construct three
apartment buildings with 8 units per building which will mirror the project to the west.
Please place this item on the next available Planning Commission agenda. Do not hesitate to contact
