RM – Residential Medium Density is 12 or less density. What you provided for the zoning should work for the Land Use – survey, etc. Please complete the Land Use application form online. The fee would be $75 plus the $5 sign fee. If you want to provide a cover sheet different from what you did for zoning that is fine. I will take everything digitally if you want – email. Of course, you will have to bring in the check and there will be a Land Use Amendment sign you will need to post with the re-zoning sign.
