Subject:Land Use Plan amendment in your area
The City has received an application for a an amendment to the Future Land Use Map in the area of
the South Brookwood Ponderosa NA - we are providing notice of the application, as you are listed as
the Neighborhood Association contact.
LU2022-12-01 is a Future Land Use Map amendment requested on approximately 1.3-acre site in
the 65th Street West Planning District. The applicant is requesting the land use designation be
changed from Residential Low Density (RL) to Residential High Density (RL).
The subject site is located at 7404 Mabelvale Pike.
On August 11 , 2022 at 4 P.M. the Planning Commission will consider the applicant’s request to amend
the land use plan from Residential Low Density (RL) to Residential High Density (RH).

The Planning Commission hearing will be held at the Centre at University Park, 6401 West 12 th
Street. The meeting will begin at 4:00 PM. There will only be in-person option for attending the
hearing.
