I have given Monte the receipt and sign for the Land Use application. So, when you get the materials for your other
applications you can get the Land Use stuff as well from him.

Joe,
I would suggest RH- Residential High Density since Monte said you are asking for 18-units per acre. RM – Residential
Medium Density is 12 or less density. What you provided for the zoning should work for the Land Use – survey, etc.

Please complete the Land Use application form online. The fee would be $75 plus the $5 sign fee. If you want to provide
a cover sheet different from what you did for zoning that is fine.
I will take everything digitally if you want – email. Of course, you will have to bring in the check and there will be a Land
Use Amendment sign you will need to post with the re-zoning sign.

Mabelvale Pike shown as collector street on MSP. There is currently 60 ft. of ROW, so I think we are good.
