Little Rock Planning Commissioners:
Regarding the property located at 1724 Bishop St., Arkansas
Baptist College owns the property, and it is zoned R4. The
college would like to have the property zoned for Planned Office
Development. The college plans to use the property for
Community Health Clinic. The clinic will serve the college and
the local community. Services include but are not limited to
COVID testing and vaccinations, physical's for student athletes,
minor illness evaluation and treatment, and physician
recommendations.
Arkansas Baptist College will add a handicap ramp to the site
and signage.
No variances are requested at this time.
