Development Comments:
Provide completed “Information Form”.
Provide hours / days of operation.
Provide number of employees for the clinic.
Confirm that the property immediately to the west will be utilized for parking.
Provide information of trash collection.
Any new site lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
Any new signage must conform the Section 36-553 of the code (signs allowed in office zones).
