A quick glance of the college proper has allowed conditional use permits on R-4 zoned property for some uses and maybe that could be the case here. Arkansas Baptist College is partnering with AFMC and the AR Department health to open a community health clinic to 1724 Bishop St. The clinic with serve the community, the students at ABC and the Premier Charter High School. Possible services will include COVID vaccines, physicals, and minor health issues.
