I’m sorry, I forgot to talk to you about the Bill of Assurance yesterday. I pulled it, but it’s pretty old and hard to read. But, I do have it and I will attach it.

Staff has completed review of your application and request the follow items below:
Please submit a Bill of Assurance (BOA) for the PD-O application submitted for 1724 Bishop Street. BOAs may be obtained at the PulCo Clerk’s Office. If they do not have a BOA for this
site, provide a statement indicated such. Secondly, if you are not an Arkansas Baptist College employee, but acting in the capacity of a contractor/sub-contractor, a notarized affidavit
is also required.
Provide the BOA and notarized affidavit no later than noon Friday, March 18, 2022 or the application may be deferred to the June 9, 2022 agenda.
