Attached are the application, short form PRD, and filing fee for the above referenced project.
This project is located at 1900 N. McKinley Street and contains approximately 0.52 acres. The
parcel of land is currently zoned both 11-2 & R4.
Currently there are existing vacant single-family residences on the property that are in the process
of being removed. The owner would like to construct single family residential homes that face
south onto "R"-Street. This should compliment the existing neighborhood and surrounding
development.
Please place this item on the next available Planning Commission agenda.
