Staff has completed review of your application and request the follow items below:
Please submit a Bill of Assurance (BOA) for the application submitted for Lots 1-8, Jennifer Adkins Addition. BOAs may be obtained at the PulCo Clerkâs Office. If they do not have a
BOA for this property, provide a statement indicating such. Secondly, a notarized affidavit is also required.
Provide the BOA and notarized affidavit no later than noon Friday, March 18, 2022 or the application may be deferred to the June 9, 2022 agenda.
