1. Provide completed “Information Form”.
2. Will the house be rented out as one (1) unit, or will rooms be rented out separately?
3. Will trash collection be standard City of LR residential pick -up?
4. Any signage must comply with Section 36-551 of the code ( signs allowed in single family
zones).
