This is my client’s, Meramec Specialty, response to the staff comments regarding this application.
Development Comments:
Dates of operation of fireworks sales: June 10 through July 10; December 26 through January 1;.
See attached Response to Staff Comments and Revised Site Plan for answers to other requests for information.
For our response to Central Arkansas Water comments, we provide the following statement:
For this application there is no request nor need for a water meter. Meramec Specialty complies with Arkansas law, ACA § 20-22-710 (e), regarding the provision of fire suppression apparatus.
Meramec will have one water fire extinguisher and two 10 lb. ABC fire extinguishers at each of its fireworks sales locations.
