Thanks for the staff comments. But this Application is merely to add Temporary Fireworks Sales to the list of uses allowed in the current PCD and C-3 uses. The entire property is owned
by Mr. Timothy King. There is no sale of land. Our Application states that there is no subdivision of the property that would require a Bill of Assurance. Monte, Romie and I discussed
this and I thought we agreed that a BOA is not applicable in this instance. But, we don’t want the application to be deferred so I will submit one, however meaningless it would be.
By copy of this reply, I am asking Mr. Brian Dale to revise the survey to include the highlighted area in supplement of this Application.

Staff has completed review of your application and request the follow items below:
Please submit a Bill of Assurance (BOA) for this application. BOAs may be obtained at the PulCo Clerk’s Office. If they do not have a BOA for this site, provide a statement indicating
such. Secondly, please revise the survey to indicate the highlighted area.
Provide the BOA and a revised survey no later than noon Friday, March 18, 2022 or the application may be deferred to the June 9, 2022 agenda.
