But this Application is merely to add Temporary Fireworks Sales to the list of uses allowed in the current PCD and C-3 uses. The entire property is owned by Mr. Timothy King. There is no sale of land. Our Application states that there is no subdivision of the property that would require a Bill of Assurance. Monte, Romie and I discussed this and I thought we agreed that a BOA is not applicable in this instance. But, we don’t want the application to be deferred so I will submit one, however meaningless it would be. BOAs may be obtained at the PulCo Clerk’s Office. If they do not have a BOA for this site, provide a statement indicating such. Secondly, please revise the survey to indicate the highlighted area. Provide the BOA and a revised survey no later than noon Friday, March 18, 2022 or the application may be deferred to the June 9, 2022 agenda.
