Request: Intent for Zone change from Multifamily to Short Term Rental for
Doctors/Nurses/Professionals.
Dear Committee:
900 W 15th Street has already been approved for Multifamily Rentals. It has also been approved for Off
Street Parking.
I would like to request the Zone change approval for Short Term Rental for
Doctors/Nurses/Professionals. We are at the final stages of completing a total renovation of 900W 15th
Street, Little Rock, AR 72202. We have converted it into a five oversized bedrooms and individual
bathrooms with two common area, two kitchens and two laundry rooms. Some off -street parking will
be available to go along with the on- street parking that has already been approved.
We are attempting to meet the growing need for housing for travelling nurses in Arkansas.
I would appreciate if the zone change is approved.
