BILL OF ASSURANCE
TO: THE PUBLIC
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT)
That whereas I, Darrin Ellis, am the owner of part of Lot 7 and the south 4 feet of Lot 8,
Block 242, Original City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. I hereby dedicated the
following radial dedication to the public: Radial Dedication: Part of the Lot 7, Block 242,
Original City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, described as follows: Beginning at the SE
corner of said Lot 7; thence N 830W,along the southern line of Lot 7, 20 feet to a curve; thence
along a curve to the right having a 20 foot radius and chord bearing and distance of N 51052'17"
W, 28.22 feet to a point on the east line of said Lot 7; thence S 06°44'34" W, along said east line,
20.0 feet to the point of beginning.
That I, Darrell Ellis, hereinafter termed grantor, have caused the said tract of land to by
surveyed by Brooks Surveying Inc., Professional Land Surveyors and a plat thereof made which
is identified by the title of Lots 7AR & 7BR, Block 242, Original City of Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas. By the signature of the said surveyor and the said grantors and bears a
Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission and is on record in the
Office of Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas as Instrument
No. and the grantors do hereby make this Bill of Assurance.
The grantors do hereby certify that they platted said real estate in accordance with said Plat.
The lands embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designated on said plat and every deed
of conveyance for said property shall use this designation.
The purpose of this replat is divide a single lot with two residences. The original Plat of the
City of Little Rock contains no easements and/or building lines.
All Buildings and structures constructed on said property shall conform to the rules and
regulations of the City of Little Rock and Public Works. The original plat of Original City has no
building lines or easements.
The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat for record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-
officio Recorder of Pulaski County shall be valid and complete delivery and dedication of the streets
and easements shown on the said plat.
