Development Comments:
Will the entire home be rented as a single unit, or will the five (5) rooms be rented separately?
Provide site plan for Lot 7BR, showing building, parking, etc.….
Provide maximum length of stay per rental.
Provide parking plan for the proposed use. If the five (5) rooms are to be rented separately, five (5) off-street parking spaces are typically required.
No signage will be allowed.
