Good morning Ronnie I am creating a duplex on A side I have three rooms for rent to traveling nurses and doctors. Side he will be one long term tenant.  Provided 3- the longest rental is 6 months at a time on A side . B side will be long term for my sister.  4 The parking is as follows, I have a carport for 2-3 cars off street parking. Traditionally on street parking is currently being allowed and has been allowed in the past due to extra wide streets.  5- I see many homes with historical signs in their yards detailing the home’s history and are you saying I won’t be allowed to do the same?
