Attached is the Notice of Public Hearing for the May 12, 2022, Planning Commission Meeting.
Hearing notices must be postmarked no later than April 27, 2022, to all owners of lands within 200 feet the boundary of the property.
Please provide the following exhibits below to Development staff no later than April 29, 2022:
Proof of notification. (Completed Attached Notice of Hearing Form)
Copy of Abstract List. ( Name and address of all property owners within 200 feet of application property must be from Abstract Company )
Certified mail receipts (the small green receipts reflecting the postmark stamp).
