1. These will be rental bays. No tenants identified at this time. At other similar locations have
leased bays to liquor store, insurance, cell phone repair, vape shop, barber shop, and etc. The C-
Store will operate 24 hours / 7 days per week. A liquor store will be open from 9:00 a.m. to
midnight / closed on Sunday. Other businesses will be open from 7:00 a.m. to midnight / 7 days
per week.
2. Architectural plans for this project have not been completed. We have included architectural
plans for another location in Little Rock at Vimy Ridge Road and Alexander Road. We plan for
this location to be similar.
