Applicant Comments for Proposed Development
Applicant Responses are due no later than Monday, February 14, 2022. Please submit revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be submitted
to tthrower@littlerock.gov for review.
RE: Z-6049-C (3600 Bowman Rd. – C-Store – PD-C)
Development Staff Comments:
Provide uses for Bays 1 and 2 as shown on site plan (C-1 permitted uses, C-3 permitted uses, etc.).
Provide information on building height.
Provide information on building exterior materials.
Thirty-eight (38) parking spaces provided on site plan (including gas pump spaces). Proposed parking should be sufficient to serve the proposed use.
Dumpster area shall be enclosed as per Section 36-523 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance.
Any sight lighting shall be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
Show ground sign locations on the site plan. Wall signs are typically allowed on the north and east sides of the proposed building. All signage must comply with Section 36-555 (signs
allowed in commercial zones).
