Pursuant to request, we have searched the records of the Circuit Clerk of Pulaski County, Arkansas, to April 7, 2022
at 7:00 A.M. as to the ownership of properties lying within 200 feet the following described property:
Part of the W'/2 of the NE'/4 of Section 33, Township 1 North, Range 13 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of the
NE'/4 of Section 33, Township 1 North, Range 13 West; thence S 88 degrees 48 minutes 20 seconds East 755.04 feet
along the South line of said NE'/4 to a point; thence N 17 degrees 14 minutes 15 seconds West 437.44 feet to the
point of beginning, said point being in the centerline of a creek; thence continuing N 17 degrees 14 minutes 15
seconds West 573.95 feet to a point; thence N 26 degrees 49 minutes 29 seconds East 214.43 feet to a point; thence
N 17 degrees 12 minutes 41 seconds west 509.78 feet to a point on the South right of way line of Arkansas State
Highway No. 5; thence N 26 degrees 32 minutes 00 seconds East 109.11 feet along said South right of way line to a
point; thence departing from said South right of way line S 51 degrees 39 minutes 46 seconds East 212.91 feet to a
point; thence S 16 degrees 28 minutes 25 seconds East 1005.82 feet to a point in the centerline of said creek; thence
S 48 degrees 58 minutes 58 seconds West 393.91 feet along the centerline of said creek to the point of beginning.
Attached please find a list of current owners, their mailing addresses and partial legal descriptions.
We have also searched the records of the Circuit Clerk of Pulaski County, Arkansas, and find the subject property is
not subject to any Bill of Assurance or similar document(s).
