Applicant Responses are due no later than Monday, May 9, 2022. Please submit revised site plans/survey, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be submitted
to this email address for review.
RE: Z-5887-D Little Rock Soccer Complex – PD-C
East side of Embassy Suites Drive, South of Chenal Pkwy.
Development Staff Comments:
Provide a copy of the Bill of Assurance for the property. If one does not exist, provide note to that effect.
Provide days/hours of operation.
Provide completed Right-of-Way Dedication Agreement form.
Will all of the parking be constructed with the Phase I building? If not, show phase line on the site plan.
The dumpster area must be screened as per Section 36-523 of the code.
Any sight lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
Any signage must comply with Section 36-555 of the code (signs allowed in commercial zones).
Provide dimensions from proposed buildings to all property lines on the site plan.
Provide total number of parking spaces on the site plan. Parking proposed should be sufficient to serve the proposed use.
