Monte, Do not click links or open attachments unless you recognize the Attached is the revised site plan for the Chateau Event Center. The developer wishes to separate the entrance to the Event Center from the commercial street that would serve the other lots. The commercial street has been shortened, but access will be available to the Event Center for secondary and emergency purposes. All other aspects of the Event Center will remain the same in terms of hours of operation, no ticketed events, etc. We did flip the permanent parking with the overflow parking to allow visitors immediate paved parking as they enter. The developer would like a ground -mounted sign the maximum allowed by ordinance at the entrance to the Event Center on Pleasant Grove Road. Pleasant Grove Road will be widened per the MSP to the eastern property line of the development which will allow better access to the facility.
