Applicant Responses are due no later than Wednesday, April 6, 2022. Please submit revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be submitted
to this email address for review.

Development Comments:
Provide property owner authorization form / affidavit.
Provide maximum number of persons for any given event.
Provide details on trash collection.
Any site lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
Any signage must comply with the Highway 10 D.O.D. standards.
Will there be any other structures within the outdoor areas (pavilion(s), gazebo (s), etc.….)?
Provide and ending time for all events.
Show number of existing parking spaces on revised site plan.
Show parking plan for gravel area.
Will there be any fireworks during any of the events? If so, provide details.
