Good morning. Just hung up with the developer getting the remaining answers.
Development comments:
Will provide affidavit by email later today
200 to 400 persons
Dumpster onsite or users will be responsible for trash removal after each event
Will comply

Possibly awnings/gazebos for ceremonies
Events will end at midnight
Parking spaces- 50 paved spaces to west and 100 overflow spaces in gravel area to the east
Gravel parking will be striped for a double bay
No fireworks will be allowed
Other Department comments
Location of Event Center has been moved away from Highway 10 and out of the Overlay District
ADA routes will be provided from the paved parking lot
