Please submit a Bill of Assurance (BOA) for this application. BOAs may be obtained at the PulCo Clerkâs Office. If they do not have a BOA for this site, provide a statement indicating
such. Secondly, the affidavit provided has not been notarized.
Provide the BOA and a notarized affidavit no later than noon Friday, March 18, 2022 or the application may be deferred to the June 9, 2022 agenda.
