Re: Application Cover Letter for Addition of Parking Lot to Existing PCD (FILE #: Z-5224-H)
located at 18406 CANTRELL ROAD, Little Rock, Arkansas
The purpose of this letter is to formally submit the Application for Addition/Revisions to the
existing PCD listed above. The specifics of the Additions are as follows:
• 0.135 - acres of additional property immediately north and adjacent to the original Parcel
included in the PCD
• Construction of a new parking lot on this additional acreage with 9 additional parking
spaces (which brings total number of parking spaces for the entirety of the amended PCD
to 21)
