Development staff provided comments for applicant’s responses via email on May 2, 2022. Response to those comments were due May 9, 2022. On May 10, 2022 staff submitted additional comments
via email. Applicant’s responses to those comments are due Monday, May 16, 2022.
We would like to keep both of your items, Z-5224-L, 18406 Cantrell Rd. and Z-9691, 14508 Kanis Rd. on June’s agenda and avoid deferring the items to the July agenda.
Please provide responses for staff comments (including “other departments”) no later than Friday, May 13, 2022. Submit responses to additional comments no later than May 16, 2022.
If you would like to defer the two (2) items to the July Planning Commission meeting, please provide a response in reply to this email.
