RE: PRD and Preliminary Plat – Chenal Valley Tract 14 N
Mr. Thrower,
Attached are three (3) copies of the PRD and Preliminary Plat for the above captioned project.
Please place this item on the agenda for the next available Planning Commission meeting.
The project will be an age restricted (55 Plus or 62 Plus), active living apartment development.
Gated access will be from Rahling Road. A secondary emergency access drive will be
constructed to Champagnolle Drive.
This same project was submitted and approved as a “62 Plus” project last year. The project
narrative, elevations, and maximum building height of 59 feet are the same as the previously
approved PRD.
