Nic and Aline are applying to the City of Little Rock to abandon the 19th right-of-way between Lot 7, Block 5 and Lot 12, Block 8 of the Addition (the “ROW”). Summit Utilities does not have any facilities in the said 19th Street right-of-way (unbuilt), East of Leander Drive, south of Lot 7, Block 5, and north of Lot 12, Block 8, and west of the alley in Blocks 5 and 8, all in the Blankenship Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and being 27 +/- feet in width (north to south) and 140 +/- feet in length (east to west).
