City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, and being 27 +/- feet in width (North to South) and
140 +/- feet in length (East to West).
The above right-of-way was dedicated to the Public in the plat of Blankenship Addition,
recorded May 7, 1913 in Plat Book 1, Page 221, records of Pulaski County, Arkansas. The plat
does not contain a reversionary rights clause and a search of the records did not disclose any
reversionary rights after the filing of the plat.
