HomeMy WebLinkAboutApplicant response to comments-030722From: avfpa@sbcglobal.net <avfpa@sbcglobal.net> Sent: Friday, March 4, 2022 11:33 AM To: Price, Romie G. <rprice@littlerock.gov> Cc: Moore, Monte <MMoore@littlerock.gov> Subject: G-23-484 - Abandonment of ROW for W. 19th St (unbuilt) east of 1901 Leander CAUTION: This email originated from outside of the organization. Do not click links or open attachments unless you recognize the sender and know the content is safe. Romie: Attached please find the following documents regarding the above-referenced application: Letter from Pulaski County Title dated March 2, 2022; and Utility Company Comment Emails. Please see the attached letter from Pulaski County Title giving the name and address of all abutting property owners for notice purposes.  The letter also contains the reversionary rights statement.  There are no reversionary rights in the 19th St. ROW. I have all utility company responses except for CAW.  I submitted my original request to CAW by email on February 9, 2022.  I followed up today by phone and email.  I will stay on CAW and forward the CAW response as soon as I receive it.  The closest water line is on the west side of Leander Drive.  The water line is unaffected by the requested ROW abandonment, which is on the east side of Leander Drive.  Accordingly, I don’t anticipate any objections by CAW.  However, in the event they are not able to respond by Wednesday, March 9, 2022, I respectfully request that staff allow the applicant additional time to submit the CAW response. Regarding the comment on fire hydrant access, Leander Drive has a platted 40’ ROW.  The water line and closest hydrants are all located on the west side of Leander Drive.  The hydrants and their access will not be affected by the requested ROW abandonment. When I receive the notice form from the City I will mail out the required notices. Thank you very much and please let me know if you have any questions. Andy Andrew V.
