A petition is hereby submitted to the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas through the
Little Rock Planning Commission, requesting a closure of the following described public right-of-way.
GENERAL DESCRIPTIONT: 19th Street (unbuilt), East of Leander Drive, south of Lot 7, SIock 5, and
north of Lot 12, Block 8, and west of the alley in Blocks 5 and 8, all in the Blankenship Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, AR
LOCATION:
1901 Leander Drive, Little Rock, AR 72204
SIZE: 27' wide by 140' long SQ. FT. 3,780 +/- s•f. ACRES 0.08688 +/- acres
Title to this public right-of-way will transfer to:
Nicolas Paul Beriot and Aline Andres. husband and wife
Present use of the property to which street right-of-way or alley will be joined: Single-FgMily Reside l
Desired use of the right-of-way after closure: Single -Family Residential
It is understood that notice of the public hearing hereon before the Little Rock Planning Commission
will be circulated by the applicant at his/her expense to all parties in interest.
