LU2022-19-02 is a Future Land Use Map amendment requested on approximately 10-acre site in the Chenal Planning District. The applicant is requesting the land use designation be changed from Residential Low Density (RL) to Suburban Office (SO). The subject site is located to the along the southwest side of Chenal Parkway, south of Northfield Drive. 3 On June 9, 2022 at 4 P.M. the Planning Commission will consider the applicant’s request to amend the land use plan from Residential Low Density (RL) to Suburban Office (SO). The Planning Commission hearing will be held at the Centre at University Park, 6401 West 12th Street. The meeting will begin at 4:00 PM. There will be a WebEx option to attend. (Approximately one (1) week prior to the public hearing, a link to the WebEx meeting will be placed with the current Planning Commission Agenda on the City's website at www.littlerock.gov.
