An engineering firm is the applicant, but I believe they are doing it for a future church. But the zoning
change is to O-1, Quiet Office so there would be other allowable uses with the zoning.

The City has received an application for a an amendment to the Future Land
Use Map in the area of the Duquesne Place POA - we are providing notice
of the application, as you are listed as the Neighborhood Association
contact.
LU2022-19-02 is a Future Land Use Map amendment requested on
approximately 10-acre site in the Chenal Planning District. The applicant is
requesting the land use designation be changed from Residential Low
Density (RL) to Suburban Office (SO).
The subject site is located to the along the southwest side of Chenal
Parkway, south of Northfield Drive.

On June 9, 2022 at 4 P.M. the Planning Commission will consider the
applicant’s request to amend the land use plan from Residential Low
Density (RL) to Suburban Office (SO).
The Planning Commission hearing will be held at the Centre at University
Park, 6401 West 12th Street. The meeting will begin at 4:00 PM. There will
be a WebEx option to attend. (Approximately one (1) week prior to the
public hearing, a link to the WebEx meeting will be placed with the current
Planning Commission Agenda on the City's website at www.littlerock.gov.
To attend the public hearing via WebEx you must click on the link the day
of the meeting.)
