Your application for a Land Use Plan Amendment, LU2022-19-02, on the southwest side of Chenal Parkway, south of
Northfield Drive will be heard before the Planning Commission on June 9, 2022 . The hearing will begin at 4:00 p.m. The
Planning Commission does request that you or your agent be present. The meeting will be at the Centre at University
Park, 6401 West 12th Street. You may attend in person or via WebEx. Please find attached the receipt for the filing fee.
Please do not forget to post the sign provided on the site at least 15 days prior to the hearing. Also send staff a dated
picture of the posted sign.
