AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE LAND USE PLAN IN 3
THE CHENAL PLANNING DISTRICT (LU2022-19-01), 4
LOCATED ALONG THE SOUTHWEST SIDE OF CHENAL 5
PARKWAY, SOUTH OF NORTHFIELD DRIVE FROM 6
RESIDENTIAL LOW DENSITY (RL) TO SUBURBAN 7
OFFICE (SO), AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. 8

WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission has reviewed the Land Use 10
Plan Map and now recommends it for adoption. 11

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS 13
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK: 14

Section 1. The Land Use Plan Map is along the southwest side of Chenal 16
Parkway, south of the Northfield Drive intersection from Residential Low Density (RL) 17
to Suburban Office (SO) as shown on the attached graphic. 18

Section 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, 20
sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid 21
or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining 22
portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so 23
declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the 24
ordinance. 25

Section 3. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same 27
that are inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the 28
extent of such inconsistency. 29
