I have notified the Aderdeen and Maywood POA's at the email addresses below that the owners of 1
Maywood Drive and 18515 Cantrell Road have filed an application to amend the Land Use Map from
Residential to Suburban Office.

before the Planning Commission on May 12, 2022 . The hearing will begin at 4:00 p.m. The Planning
Commission does request that you or your agent be present. The meeting will be at the Centre at
University Park, 6401 West 12th Street. My may attend in person or via WebEx. Please find attached the
receipt for the filing fee.

Please do not forget to post the sign provided on the site at least 15 days prior to the hearing. Also send
staff a dated picture of the posted sign.
