That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from PCD, 13 Planned Commercial Development,to Revised PCD, Planned Commercial Development: 14 Z-5224-L: Described as part of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 14, 15 Township 2 North, Range 14 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas being more 16 particularly described as follows: commencing at the northeast corner of the 17 Northwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 14; thence North 88°50'07" West, 18 a distance of 175.58 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence South 11°50'00" West, a 19 distance of 144.88 feet to a point on the northerly right-of-way line of Arkansas State 20 Highway 10 (R/VV Varies); thence North 75°49'26" West along said right-of-way a 21 distance of 112.37 feet; thence North 11°32'13" East,a distance of 78. 09 feet; thence 22 North 24°23'27"East,a distance of 43.81 feet;thence South 88°50'07"East,a distance 23 of 104.97 feet to the Point of Beginning containing 0.337 acres,more or less. 24 Section 2. That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as presented to the Little Rock 25 Planning Commission. 26 Section 3. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for National Property Holdings, 27 LLC, Revised PCD, located at 18406 Cantrell Road (Z-5224-L), is conditioned upon obtaining final plan 28 approval within the time specified by Chapter 36,Article VII,Section 36-454(e)of the Code of Ordinances. 29 Section 4. That this ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final plan approval. 30 Section 5. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, 31 Arkansas,and Designated District Map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary 32 to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. 33 Section 6. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or 34 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or 'Page 1 of 2] l adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and 2 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the 3 ordinance. 4 Section 7. Repealer.
