1) Storm Window Replacement
a) Replace all storm windows with matching ProVia Storm Windows, double hung half screen.
2) Solar Panels
a) Install solar collector equipment flat to roof surface that prevents visibility from the main public
view.
b) No changes will be made to the roof pitches, gables, or valleys.
c) Repair capping and perimeter flashing, replace as needed.
3) Brick and Mortar Repair
a) Replace missing bricks as needed to match existing pattern.
b) Brick will be repointed, with match mortar in composition, color, strength, and joint style where
mortar is missing or cracked.
