AND, WHEREAS it is desirable that all of the above described property be subdivided into a single lot adjacent to the existing Otter Creek Circle right-of-way: NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH: THAT the said Otter Creek Development Company, hereinafter termed Grantor, has caused said tract of land to be prepared by William Ruck, a Registered Professional Engineer and surveyed by Walter Spaul, a Registered Land Surveyor, and a plat thereof made which is identified by the title "LOT 6, AREA 102, OTTER CREEK INDUSTRIAL PARK, LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS" and the date July 17, 1997 and by the signature of the Circuit- Clerk and E Officio Recorder of Pulaski ' )unty, Arkansas, in Plat Book _ E , Page and the Grantor does hereby make this Bill of Assurance. AND, the Grantor hereby certifies that it has laid off, platted and subdivided, and does hereby lay off, plat and subdivide said real estate in accordance with said plat. The lands embraced in said plat shall be forever known as Lot 6, Area 102, Otter Creek Industrial Park. There are strips of ground shown and dimensioned on said plat marked "Utility Easement" and " Drainage Easement" reserved for the use of public utilities, subject at all times to the proper authorities and to delivery and dedication hereby of the easements shown on the said plat.
